Simple terms for a simple tool.

These terms apply when you use WinnerWheel, an EmKeTech product. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to understand the limits of a browser-based random selector.

The service

WinnerWheel provides a Wheel and Name Roulette that select entries locally in your browser. The service is provided as available and may be improved, changed or withdrawn.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter, display, copy or screen-share participant names. Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful or deceptive activity.

Random selection

WinnerWheel uses secure randomness built into your browser to choose results locally and fairly, but it is not designed for regulated lotteries, gambling, cryptographic key generation or decisions where law requires a certified drawing process.

Availability and liability

EmKeTech works to keep WinnerWheel reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, EmKeTech is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of or reliance on the service.

Intellectual property

WinnerWheel’s software, visual design and brand assets belong to EmKeTech or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership rights.
